Refund policy
Cheffdog will only be able to make refunds through a deposit to a Mexican bank account provided by the customer who must prove to be the owner of it. CheffDog will start the refund process once the request is made via email to the email account. The email must include the reason why the refund is requested so that it can be evaluated in accordance with terms and conditions and, where appropriate, approved by CheffDog. In addition, the following information must be included in the email:
Bank where the account is registered
Name of the beneficiary which must coincide with that of the customer
RFC of the beneficiary
Bank account number (10 digits)
CLABE account number (18 digits)
Phone number registered with the bank
Email address
Address registered with the bank
Official identification of the account holder who must be the same person requesting the refund.
CheffDog will confirm receiving the information within 48 business hours, informing if there was any missing information to start the refund process. CheffDog will make the refund within 72 hours from the moment it confirms receiving the requested information.
